Great budget option!
I pulled up to the Halloween rave in this fit and it killed! The buckles and extra fashions are a little cheap but it looks fantastic! Pretty comfortable for long use and the cost for the product is a steal. Definitely a 10/10 for comfort and looks. My size is between and large and a medium and the large that I ordered fit perfectly so if you’re debating between sizes I’d just go with the bigger one.

Pretty good costume jacket
Ordered my standard size and it fit nicely. Quality isn’t good enough to call it a proper piece of clothing, but significantly better than costume material and stitching. This was a nice upgrade for a Halloween costume this year.I must say it was a lot more red all over than I expected, but that’s a good thing really. I thought it was just an accent color based on the pictures, but it really is mostly that nice, dark red color. Also worth noting that it isn’t especially warm, which I also count as a positive. This material could have been an absolute sweatbox, but I didn’t have any problems as far as overheating.

I did not expect the amazing quality of this jacket. It is a crushed velvet material, not too heavy but very well designed. Not a stitch is out of place. It has great detailing and the fit is exactly as it says. No pockets though, and I would say this is a beginner cosplay piece. I think it will work well for a fancy ball or Halloween gathering. But not daily wear. Let’s talk about the title though, I see this a more vampire, vanhelsing or archer look. I’m not reading pirate at all! The hood has a point in front and is nicely long, so you can have that fold in the back…really nice jacket.

Mislabeled Size
Biggest problem: I ordered a 2XL for my husband (normally a men’s 2XL is fine or a bit loose these days), and it was *way* too small. Although the tag in the jacket says 2XL, the actual garment matches the L size chart measurements (shoulders, sleeve length, etc). Note that the chart is garment measurements, not necessarily body measurements, so take that into account if you want a looser fit. I suspect the actual 2XL that matches the size chart would be fine, but the one we got was a mislabeled L. It fits me (women’s 2XL) well enough, so I’ll probably keep it as I can’t get an exchanged size soon enough for the upcoming event anyway. It’s lined and fairly heavy, so fair warning that it may not be the best in hot weather. If you want a bit of warmth for an outdoor Halloween event, though, and you actually get the size you ordered, this might work well. Quality is about what I expected for the price. The size and quality control is a huge issue, though, so don’t order last minute like I did.

Size is small as well as fit
The jacket itself is an awesome look. I am 5 foot 10 inches tall. I purchased a 3X for it to fit loose but it was too small in the arms and body. Length was great color and everything else was great. Just the fit even at 3X was too small
